Attorneys for Nolan Wells' friends Jax Pitalo, Warren Hudson, and Morgan Seymour have publicly condemned bomb and death threats made against their clients, accusing lawyer Ben Crump of inciting speculation following claims of deleted Snapchat messages from Wells' phone.
Attorneys Edward Andrew Paltzik and Tyler Cox, representing Nolan Wells' friends Jax Pitalo, Warren Hudson, and Morgan Seymour, have issued a strong statement against a "litany of bomb and death threats" made against their clients. These threats, which they claim originated from "outside the community," reportedly surfaced after Ben Crump, the Wells family lawyer, alleged that Snapchat messages were deleted from Nolan's phone between his last use and when it was given to his family. Cox and Paltzik accuse Crump of fueling "runaway speculation and wild sensationalism." Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath has also challenged Crump's assertions, clarifying that the "user action" Crump's team discussed pertains to other Snapchat users, not direct physical access to Nolan Wells' phone. Concluding their statement, Cox and Paltzik, who previously expressed intent to sue Crump for defamation, declared, "As we have said before, consequences are coming. We are coming. And Hell is coming with us."
