The Los Angeles Dodgers secured a dramatic 6-5, 18-inning victory over the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 3 of the World Series, fueled by Shohei Ohtani's historic hitting performance and Freddie Freeman's record-setting walk-off home run, giving them a 2-1 series lead.

In a marathon Game 3 of the World Series, the Los Angeles Dodgers outlasted the Toronto Blue Jays with a 6-5 win in 18 innings, taking a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series. The game was highlighted by Shohei Ohtani's extraordinary performance at the plate; as the designated hitter a day before his pitching start, he recorded a record three multihomer games this postseason. Ohtani's eight postseason homers are now just two shy of Randy Arozarena’s single-postseason record. Freddie Freeman sealed the victory with his second career walk-off World Series home run, making him the sole player in history to achieve this feat. His previous walk-off homer was a Grand Slam in last year’s Series opener.
