Taylor Swift is returning to the big screen next month with a special AMC Theatres release party for her 12th studio album, "The Life of a Showgirl." The nearly 90-minute show, titled "The Official Release Party of a Showgirl," will play in all 540 AMC theaters across the U.S. from October 3rd to 5th, and will also be shown in Mexico, Canada, and Europe. The event will include a music video for the new track "The Fate of Ophelia," behind-the-scenes footage, other lyric videos, and never-before-seen personal reflections from Swift on her songs. This follows Swift's record-breaking Eras Tour and her previous successful concert film release with AMC, bypassing Hollywood studios. "The Life of a Showgirl" is Swift's first release since regaining control of her first six albums' recordings from Shamrock Capital. The album's release was promoted by Swift's appearance on her fiancé Travis Kelce's podcast, "New Heights."
