Legendary Kiss rock star Gene Simmons, 76, is recovering after he fainted behind the wheel of his SUV, causing it to cross several lanes on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu before colliding with a parked car. Authorities responded, and Simmons was transported to a hospital for evaluation before being released. He later posted on social media platform X, assuring fans, 'Thanks, everybody, for the kind wishes. I’m completely fine. I had a slight fender bender. It happens.' Simmons, a co-founder and bassist for Kiss, retired from touring with the band in 2023 but is scheduled to perform at a special event in Las Vegas in November. Kiss was also recently announced as one of this year’s Kennedy Center honorees.
