Newly released Jeffrey Epstein emails mention Donald Trump, alleging Epstein offered a reporter private photos of Trump with girls in bikinis and claimed Trump spent hours with a victim. Trump denies wrongdoing, calling it a 'hoax,' while the White House identified the victim as Virginia Giuffre, asserting her exoneration of Trump. House Speaker Mike Johnson announced a vote on releasing all Justice Department files on Epstein, amidst Trump signing a bill to end a government shutdown.

Read more As President Donald Trump reels from the House Oversight Committee’s latest bombshell release of emails from Jeffrey Epstein, it has been alleged that the late pedophile once offered a journalist private photos “of donald [sic] and girls in bikinis in my kitchen.” Epstein reportedly made the offer in a December 2015 exchange with a New York Times reporter, although it is not known whether he really possessed such images or ever passed them on. In the newly-released emails, Epstein also allegedly told his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell that Trump “spent hours” at his house with one of the deceased sex offender’s victims. Trump did not send or receive any of the emails and has not been accused of any wrongdoing. But their release has ramped up the pressure on the president to finally release all Justice Department files on Epstein – which House Speaker Mike Johnson has said his chamber will vote on next week – just as the president was signing a bill to end the 43-day government shutdown after it passed the House of Representatives. Asked about the developments, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said: “These emails prove absolutely nothing other than the fact that President Trump did nothing wrong.” RECOMMENDED Epstein claimed that Donald Trump ‘knew about the girls’ in private emails Trump-Epstein email bombshells revealed: From ‘hours’ spent with a victim to political blackmail Epstein tried to set up meeting with Kremlin to offer insight into Trump, newly released emails show Epstein files: Full list of names in disgraced financier’s contact book KEY POINTS Jeffrey Epstein offered to out Donald Trump with private photos in newly-released exchange with reporter Democrats release new emails from Epstein mentioning Trump The key lines from the latest Epstein emails release Trump insists Epstein emails are ‘hoax’ intended to ‘deflect’ from shutdown’s end House to vote next week on releasing files, says Speaker Johnson Trump is 'dumb' and 'evil beyond belief,' says Epstein Here’s a closer look at some of the emails unearthed yesterday, in one of which Epstein describes Trump as “dumb,” in another as “evil beyond belief” and in a third, sent to the linguist and intellectual Noam Chomsky, he jokes that the future president has put his name on more books than he has read. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement that the victim who was identified in the email from Epstein to co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell was the late Virginia Giuffre, the former Mar-a-Lago employee whom the president previously said was “stolen” from his Palm Beach club by Epstein. Leavitt accused Democrats of having “ selectively leaked” the email from Epstein to Maxwell – and two others referencing the president between Epstein and author Michael Wolff – in an effort to “create a fake narrative to smear President Trump.” “The ‘unnamed victim’ referenced in these emails is the late Virginia Giuffre, who repeatedly said President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever and “couldn’t have been friendlier” to her in their limited interactions,” she said. Continuing, Leavitt repeated a disputed claim that Trump had “kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of his club decades ago for being a creep to his female employees, including Giuffre” and accused news outlets that are reporting on the released emails of engaging in “bad-faith efforts to distract from President Trump’s historic accomplishments.” Andrew Feinberg has more. While it will be a relief to millions, from beleaguered air traffic controllers to worried STAMP recipients, its end should still provoke plenty of soul-searching among Democrats over this week’s failure to retain a united front. Trump held a signing ceremony in the Oval Office late yesterday after the continuing resolution to bankroll the federal bureaucracy until late January was passed by the House 222-209 – but he refused to take any questions on Epstein. Brand new Arizona Democratic Rep. Adelita Grijalva, whose swearing-in Johnson stalled over throughout the shutdown and was finally completed Wednesday, was the last signature on a discharge petition to force a House floor vote on the matter. Even if the lower chamber votes for Thomas Massie’s bill to release the files, it still has to be passed by the Senate and then be signed by Trump, which he is unlikely to want to do. After belately being sworn-in by the speaker, Grijalva wasted no time in making her feelings plain after enduring weeks of frustration, saying in her maiden address: “While we celebrate this moment today, our American promise is under serious threat. “Basic freedoms are under attack. Healthcare premiums are skyrocketing. Babies are being ripped away from their parents by masked agents. We can and must do better. “What is most concerning is not what this administration has done, but what the majority in this body has failed to do – hold Trump accountable as a coequal branch of government that we are.” Rachel Dobkin has more. In his first post, Trump wrote: “The Democrats are trying to bring up the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax again because they’ll do anything at all to deflect on how badly they’ve done on the Shutdown, and so many other subjects. Only a very bad, or stupid, Republican would fall into that trap. The Democrats cost our Country $1.5 Trillion Dollars with their recent antics of viciously closing our Country, while at the same time putting many at risk – and they should pay a fair price. There should be no deflections to Epstein or anything else, and any Republicans involved should be focused only on opening up our Country, and fixing the massive damage caused by the Democrats!” In a shorter follow-up, he said: “In other words, the Democrats are using the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax to try and deflect from their massive failures, in particular, their most recent one – THE SHUTDOWN!” Joe Sommerlad13 November 2025 09:45 The key lines from the latest Epstein emails release Democrats on the House Oversight Committee said the excerpts of emails they released yesterday “raise serious questions about Donald Trump and his knowledge of Epstein’s horrific crimes.” The latest tranche of files includes three documents of note. The first is an alleged email exchange between Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell from April 2011. “I want you to realize that that dog that hasn’t barked is trump.. [Victim] spent hours at my house with him ,, he has never once been mentioned. Police chief. etc. im 75 % there,” Epstein wrote. Maxwell replied: “I have been thinking about that…” A second document includes January 2019 correspondence from Epstein to author Michael Wolff. “[Victim] mara lago. [identifier]. Trump said he asked me to resign, never a member ever. Of course he knew about the girls as he asked ghislaine to stop,” Epstein wrote. A third document is a lengthier correspondence between Wolff and Epstein from December 2015. “I hear CNN planning to ask Trump tonight about his relationship with you--either on air or in scrum afterwards,” Wolff wrote. Epstein replied: “if we were able to craft an answer for him, what do you think it should be?” In response, Wolff wrote: “I think you should let him hang himself. If he says he hasn't been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency. You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt. Of course, it is possible that, when asked, he’ll say Jeffrey is a great guy and has gotten a raw deal and is a victim of political correctness, which is to be outlawed in a Trump regime.” Joe Sommerlad13 November 2025 09:25 Recap: Democrats release new emails from Epstein mentioning Trump If you’re just joining us, let’s take a look back to Wednesday’s explosive events in Washington, D.C. President Donald Trump has been left reeling over the House Oversight Committee’s latest bombshell release of emails from Jeffrey Epstein in which he is mentioned on several occasions. In the newly-released dispatch, the late pedophile and financier, who died in a New York City jail cell in August 2019, allegedly told his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell that Trump once “spent hours” at his house with one of the deceased sex offender’s victims. Trump did not send or receive any of the emails and has not been accused of any wrongdoing but has been under pressure to explain his past friendship with Epstein, which he has said ended around 2004. The release of the emails has ramped up the pressure on the president to finally release all Justice Department files on Epstein – which House Speaker Mike Johnson has said his chamber will vote on next week – just as the president was signing a bill to end the 43-day government shutdown after it passed the House of Representatives. Asked about the developments, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called it a “fake narrative” and a “Democrat hoax” and said: “These emails prove absolutely nothing other than the fact that President Trump did nothing wrong.” Rhian Lubin has the story. In an exchange initiated by the journalist, Landon Thomas Jr, on December 8 2015, Epstein was asked about Trump’s comments in New York magazine in 2002 in which the future president referred to his wealthy Palm Beach neighbor as a “terrific guy” who “likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.” “Now everyone is coming to me thinking I have juicy info on you and Trump. Because of this,” Thomas wrote, alluding to the old article. Epstein replied in his signature typo-riddle style suggesting Thomas look into Trump’s personal finances before asking: “would you like photso [sic] of donald and girls in bikinis in my kitchen.” “Yes!!” Thomas replied. It is not known whether Epstein really possessed such images or ever passed them on if he did. In a different email, Epstein suggested that journalists “ask my houseman about donad [sic] almost walking through the door leaving his nose print on the glass as young women were swimming in the pool and he was so focused he walked straight into the door.” (New York State Sex Offender Registry/AP) Joe Sommerlad13 November 2025 08:35 Newer 1 / 5 Older
