Unlike many multicookers, it avoids PFAS and Teflon. The reviewer, an experienced product tester, evaluated its performance over three weeks. The appliance consists of a multicooker base and an air frying hood, utilizing a single 4.5qt glass bowl with swappable covers, though this means two power cords and separate storage for the lids.
