Julio Jones Retires: Falcons Legend Hangs Up His Cleats!

The 36-year-old played 11 games in 2023 with the Philadelphia Eagles, recording 11 catches for 74 yards and four touchdowns. His career spanned 13 seasons, including time with the Atlanta Falcons (2011-2021), Tennessee Titans (2011), and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2022). With the Falcons, Jones set franchise records with 848 receptions for 12,896 yards and 60 touchdowns. He was a two-time first-team All-Pro and a three-time second-team All-Pro. In 2015, he led the NFL with 1,871 receiving yards and 136 receptions. He also led the league in receiving yards in 2018 with 1,677. Overall, Jones amassed 914 catches for 13,703 yards and 66 touchdowns in his NFL career. In his retirement announcement, Jones expressed gratitude towards the city of Atlanta, Alabama, and his former college coach, Nick Saban.
