One lucky customer, Koji Takahashi, who secured a console through a retailer lottery, expressed sympathy for those who missed out. The Switch 2 features a larger, higher-resolution screen, improved processing power, and smoother graphics. Nintendo aims to sell 15 million units by March 2026, supporting the launch with new software titles and the opening of new stores. The US launch faced challenges, with preorder delays due to tariffs and a higher price point of $449.99, compared to the original Switch's $299.
