The trip also saw Trump defend his administration's decision to grant refugee status to White South Africans, a move criticized by many. He also discussed the possibility of a new nuclear deal with Iran, though Iranian officials haven't commented publicly. Furthermore, Trump discussed new tariff rates with approximately 150 countries and complained about the age of Air Force One, mentioning Qatar's potential gift of a new Boeing plane. He also expressed concern that future presidents may take credit for his administration's accomplishments in the Middle East.
