House Democrats released a selection of photos from Jeffrey Epstein's estate, featuring high-profile figures like Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and Prince Andrew. This move is part of ongoing pressure for the Trump administration to release more extensive Epstein files, with Democrats accusing Republicans of obstruction and Republicans criticizing the selective release.

House Democrats on the Oversight Committee released dozens of photos from Jeffrey Epstein's estate, including images of Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and the former Prince Andrew. These photos, a small fraction of over 95,000 received, are separate from the Department of Justice files that the Trump administration is under compulsion to release next week. The release, which lacked captions or context, included a black-and-white image of Trump alongside six women whose faces were blacked out. President Trump dismissed the photos as "no big deal," claiming Epstein was "all over Palm Beach" and had "photos with everybody." White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson accused Democrats of "selectively releasing cherry-picked photos with random redactions to try and create a false narrative" and labeled it a "Democrat hoax against President Trump." Rep. Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, stated their commitment to redacting any information that could harm victims and urged Trump to release the full DOJ files to bring truth and justice. Republicans, including GOP Chair Rep. James Comer, threatened contempt of Congress proceedings against Bill and Hillary Clinton if they do not testify in their separate inquiry, while also stating that nothing in the documents their committee received showed "any wrongdoing" by Trump. Other notable figures in the photo release included Steve Bannon, Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Woody Allen, Larry Summers, and Alan Dershowitz, all of whom deny wrongdoing. The political dispute underscores the continued demand for transparency regarding Epstein's connections and potential implicating evidence.
